About me
I grew up near Seattle, Washington, USA, and I’ve lived in Ljubljana since 1999. After spending a year studying Slovene, I began teaching English at a private language school, where I worked for six years. I then decided to become self-employed and be my own boss.
Since 2006, I’ve been teaching, proofreading and translating for private clients as well as companies. I’ve also worked with the publisher DZS on two of their newest Slovene/English dictionaries, and as a writer/translator at the newspaper Finance on the “Breakfast with Slovenia” feature.
